LECTURE BIO

Guest Lectures on Playwriting and Screenwriting have been presented in the U.S. at:

ULCA, USC, UC Santa Barbara, UC San Diego, UC Riverside, Tufts University, Brandeis University, Smith College, Amherst, University of Arizona, University of Montana, University of Texas, Austin, Northwestern, and University of South Carolina.

Guest Lectures on Playwriting and Screenwriting have been presented in Europe and Asia at the Beijing Film School and the Xian Film Studio, Xian. Main Lecturer for 1987 Symposium on Screenwriting for Fifth Generation of Chinese screenwriters (including Zhang Yimou and Chen Kaige). Main Speaker at 2008 First International Chinese Screenwriters Symposium in Xian. She has also taught Playwriting and Screenwriting in Prague, Florence, University of Cape Town, South Africa, SAE Institute, Indonesia, and AFTRS, Sydney, Australia. In London she has lectured at RADA, National Theatre, and University of London. In UK lectures include Oxford, University of Birmingham, University of Manchester, and University of Gloucestershire.
